Wow - the time has flown by on this HOT 100 Challenge.
MY goals were:
1. lose 5lbs per month - I successful each month of the challenge, YEAH!
2. life weights at least 2x's per week - overall did well, maybe 2 weeks I missed this goal
3. no crackers or bread for snacks - this was harder, finally tackled it, but didn't really excel on this like I expected to
I look forward to the new challenges the PERFECT 10 will bring and will be back to post my goals either later today or in the morning!
Angie, you really did awesome in the Hot 100! Like you, I am looking forward to the challenges we all find in The Perfect 10!
