HOT 100 UPDATE
1. lose 5lbs per month - 5lbs exactly...WooHoo
2. workout with weights 2x's a week - didn't do weights last week, did running "couch to 5K"
3. no bread for snacks - did excellent - no more crackers!
Most of the month I was stuck at a 2lb loss and the last week, Thanksgiving week of all things I lost 3 lbs! I am shocked and amazed and ever so grateful to earn those 3 pounds! Since I started doing the couch to 5K running - I'm guessing that boosted my lose. I'd begun to think I might be at that weights forever!
I'm looking forward to December. On the 15th my scrapbooking groups "Biggest Loser round 2" ends...I won the first round, if the numbers are about the same as our last group weight in - I will likely win this round too...lol!
