keeping the faith - HOT 100 update

It was a good day - the perfect end to a shaky week.

I mentioned to my water aerobic instructor I was kinda disappointed that I'd only lost one pound the past two weeks. She was quick to take the glass half full approach to me - and remind me that many people can't loose a full pound in a week. Reminding me that after loosing 6olbs...things might slow down a bit.

It was exactly what I needed to hear...and she is always a great source of strength to me. During class we stand face to day she told me I was her workout buddy. I had to smile. I've tried working out with so many people thru the years...all whom have flaked out faster than me. I chuckled at Anna's comment to me about being workout buddies and told her "you the perfect buddy, I know every morning I get ready for class you'll be here"..."you haven't called and cancelled on me once!"


1. lose 5lbs per month - lost 2lbs so far for October
2. do weights at least 2 times per week - no problem this time, going strong and lovin it
3. no breads for snacks - had bread one night, but with protein after a workout

  1. I know what you mean about wanting to lose more. We are always wanting! LOL

    I keep saying that eventually I'll either lose all the weight or I'll be the fittest fat person you ever met. LOL
