Staying focused can be hard at times. When you work at this "weight loss thing" for months on end it's easy to get bored or tired of it. Keeping focused on the destination is a good way to allude those lil pitfalls. This is a new way of life...not a temporary!
I occasionally get in that rut mindset of being ready for this to be "over"....but then I snap back to reality and realize it will NEVER be over for me. I will have to pay attention and never go back to mindless eating again - or I will undo all the hard work I have done.
Yesterday was a good food day...no munchies like earlier in the week (thank goodness). I ended the day earlier than normal (8pm) with quite a few leftover points. I was super tired and just went on to bed.
B: oatmeal, peanut butter, coffee (6 points)
L: turkey sandwich, 100cal chips (6points)
S: rice chips, coffee (4points)
D: WW soup, crackers, pear (4points)
S: coffee (2points)
