Imagine my surprise to step on the scale this morning and have my 2 pounds!
WooHoo...that makes for a great Tuesday!
This morning I'm going to join our location small town recreation center that has a gym. I just can bear yo join 24hr fitness yet...lol. I love my water aerobics and instructor too much. So I've decided to stay with that at least until January. By adding some weigh training with the local rec. I think that will be a good addition to my routine.
Hard to believe I've been on track since May - 5 months! Time really flies when your having fun.
What a fantastic accomplishment! To be on track for 5 months. You go!
