It's been a good day...good week and hey - It's half over!
Eating has been on track, I don't really struggle with that often. Yesterday I got busy and ended the day with 7 extra points. I've really been enjoying how I get full faster and stay full longer now that I'm eating much more healthy and have adjusted to a new way of eating
Meals today were...
B: English muffin, morning star sausage, Clementine, coffee
L: WW soup, 10 crackers, pear
D: 1c. turkey chili, cornbread vita-top
HOT 100 UPDATE
1. lose 5lbs per month - lost 10lbs for September
2. do weights at least 2 times per week - went tues, going again tomorrow
3. no breads for snacks - so far, so good
