I'm guessing I'm doing something right - I've managed a 4lb loss this week!
I haven't seen a loss that great since early in this journey but I am so excited to have it now. Eating Clean really has made a huge difference in both my weight loss and hunger.
I made a new dish last night - It was a BIG HIT with the family.
I got it from the Clean Eating Magazine "Orange Shrimp with Orange -Spinach Pilaf".
I will post the recipe a bit later after my workout, but here is a picture to tempt ya!
