Hot 100 - Weekly Wrap-up


1. lose 5lbs. a month - lost 7lbs!!!
2. do weights 2x's a week - did 3days
3. No BREAD for snacks - done

As this week draws to an is good and on track. Working out at the gym is becoming easier by the day...while water aerobics is fun - I'm dreading those days because it's so darn cold now. I've decided to not do the unlimited membership for November and most likely will cut back to 2 days a week. With all the hardware in my legs...the cold and water chill really make me ache...I will just have to see how it goes as time progresses.

I'm loving the weight workouts...hoping to get some 1 on 1 time for advice and a lil training from a friend of my husbands who is a body builder.

I can't believe how fast October flew by! Only 46 days till Christmas!!!

Eating has been really good. I've been focusing on the clean eating. I'm totally off Sprite Zero..and all Caffine (my coffee habit). I am still indulging in decaf. coffee but MUCH less and barley using any coffee creamer (sugar free of course).
