Hot 100 GOALS:
1. lose 5lbs. a month - 2lbs. gone for November so far!
2. do weights 2x's a week - did 3 days
3. no bread for snacks - I was weak , ate crackers a couple times this week
Still cruising right along the lifestyle make-over. I've been changing up my workouts a bit, kinda rotating them to keep the boredom at bay. The second swimsuit arrived on Tuesday - and it too was TOO BIG. Had to order yet a 3rd one, that is too arrive on Monday. I know it's great I've shrank that much, but what a pain mailing swimsuits back and forth for 3 weeks!
I think my husband is ALMOST motivated enough to start working out with me in the morning at the gym. I am so excited. I don't want to pressure him into it, just hoping to inspire.
Life is good...can't believe Christmas is around the corner. I've already started buying for the kids. Thanksgiving we are going to my husbands family. They have not seen me since Oct 2008 when our son got married...so I am anticipating some great reactions to my loss of almost 70lbs!!!!
